After a joint research and development phase, Neptune Technologies Bioressources, Laval, Quebec, Canada, and Croda Health Care, East Yorkshire, U.K., have launched their Essentially brand, comprised of five products containing different combinations of both companies’ in­gredients. Through the combination of Nep­tune marine phospholipids and Croda’s Incromega ingredients, the Essentially product range includes: Essentially Heart; Essentially Agile for pain, stiffness and inflammation; Essentially Happy, to help reduce depression and the symptoms of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); Essentially Woman, to enhance skin function and reduce the symptoms of PMS; and Essentially Mind.
